Asset Management
Gordon Management currently acts as a liaison between owners or lenders and property management companies. We review the property management company's financials and progress to supply the owner/lender with the information they need in a format conducive to what they're looking for. We provide the expertise to help the management company and follow through with the desired goals of the owners/lenders.
The Company
Gordon Management is headquartered in the Sarasota, FL metro area, and has provided accounting services for over 150,000 multifamily units across the country. With our far reaching footprint, we understand that every client has different and specific needs. We work with our clients to develop customized plans to maximize the value we can add. Gordon Management currently provides bookkeeping, consulting, asset management, and CFO level services for real estate and property management clients across the U.S. We are always looking for new clients to share our valuable skills and expertise with.

Mark Gordon
CPA, Principal, President
As a Principal and Founder of Gordon Management, Mark maintains leadership responsibilities and holds the CPA designation. Though he brings comprehensive accounting expertise to his role at Gordon Management, Mark concentrates his practice on property management, real estate, and asset management accounting functions.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in management from the University of South Carolina. Mark has over 25 years of accounting and operational experience in the real estate/property management field. He’s held multiple controller and management roles with both privately held and publicly held (REIT) property management companies, as well as, spending several years in a public accounting group auditing companies in the same industry.
In his free time, Mark loves to play tennis and enjoys time with his wife, Heather, and his 2 children, Madison and Max.
